Use and disclosure of your information is restricted to the Trustees of the Local 353 IBEW Trust Funds, their professional advisers, TEIBAS, authorized staff of Local 353, and other authorized service providers. It is in your best interest to inform TEIBAS Ltd. promptly of any change in your name, address, family status, or any other relevant information. You may also access this personal information in your file and, if necessary, correct any inaccuracies.
